100% of our cattle never leave the great state of Arizona. Arizona is known for the five Cs: Copper, Cattle, Cotton, Citrus, and Climate. To us cattle is king. When you buy Bailey Bros beef you're buying Arizona.
100% of our beef is processed here in Arizona as well. These fine companies have skilled professionals that hone their craft and take pride in cutting our fine beef.

British Genetics, Black Angus & Hereford
It all starts with the selection of cattle with genetics that meet quality goals. Our cattle are predominantly Black Angus and Herford. These breeds originated from the British isles and have been bred for centuries for their fine beef finishing and efficient musceling. K. Bailey always said “if you start with excellent cattle you can produce excellent cattle.”
